These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the BeHere app and website. By creating an account you agree to these conditions. This is a draft and will be revised before the official launch.
1. The service
BeHere offers stories, daily faith content, narration, ambient music, guided massage and prayers for children’s bedtime rituals, personalized by the guardian.
2. Account and responsibility
Accounts must be created by a responsible adult. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for the information you register, including child profiles under your responsibility.
3. Subscriptions and payments
Premium features are sold as subscriptions processed by the App Store (Apple) or Google Play, depending on your device. Prices, trials, renewal and cancellation follow the corresponding store’s rules. Cancellation must be done directly in the store.
4. Permitted use
BeHere content is for personal, family use. Copying, distributing, reselling or using content commercially is not allowed, nor is circumventing the app’s technical measures.
5. Content
Stories and other content, including content created with AI support and human review, are protected by copyright and licensed to you for use within the app only.
6. Availability
We work to keep the service available and secure, but it is provided “as is” and may undergo maintenance, updates or temporary unavailability.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
