This Privacy Policy describes how BeHere (“we”) collects, uses and protects information from people using our app and website. This is a draft and will be revised before the official launch.
1. Data we collect
- Account data: the guardian’s name, email and credentials.
- Child profile: name, age and preferences provided by the guardian to personalize content.
- Usage data: stories accessed, progress and in-app interactions, used to recommend content and improve the product.
- Technical data: device identifiers, operating system and error logs.
2. How we use data
We use this information to operate the app, personalize stories and daily content for your child’s stage, process subscriptions, provide support and improve the experience. We do not sell personal data.
3. Children’s data
A child’s profile is created and controlled exclusively by the legal guardian. We do not collect data directly from children and we do not show third-party ads in the app.
4. Sharing
We share data only with service providers required to operate (hosting, Apple/Google store payment processing, error analytics), always limited to the minimum necessary.
5. Storage and security
Data is stored with cloud providers using encryption in transit and at rest. Internal access is restricted and audited.
6. Your rights
You may request access, correction, portability or deletion of your data and of child profiles under your responsibility at any time via contato@behere.app. Deleting the account removes associated personal data, except what we must retain by legal obligation.

This policy may be updated. Relevant changes will be communicated in the app or by email.
